Easter

This year we spent Easter with our good friends Jenn & Alan.  Rather than go out for brunch, we opted for a potluck brunch at Jenn & Alan's which turned out to be a fabulous idea.  Jenn had decorated her home beautifully for Easter making it feel very festive and best of all, they had planned an Easter egg hunt for Maya.  It was the perfect game for Miss Maya.  She loved hunting for and finding all the colorful eggs.  Alan graciously took a video of Maya's hunting trip which was a good 15 minutes!  Here is a shorter clip of her adventures.



We had a yummy meal of Strata, waffles, homemade blueberry bran muffins, fruit and fancy punch.  Maya was very grown up in her pretty Easter dress and had a blast at auntie Jenn & uncle Alan's.  We are very fortunate for friends like them.  It was so nice to spend a relaxing holiday weekend sharing food, laughs and playing games.  Here are a few pictures of Maya enjoying her Easter egg hunt.
